Our Vision: At Soul Garden Holistic Healing, we aspire to create a sacred space that nurtures connection to spirit, creativity, authentic expression, personal discovery, and soul-inspired play. We envision a place where people can gather to explore new interests and deepen their skills in long-held passions. Our goal is to create a beautiful and peaceful environment that serves as a stable resource for the community.

Our Fee Structure for 2024:
Flat Rate: Our rental fee is $88, providing access to all amenities for a successful event, including:
Use of the main event space
25 chairs
6-foot tables (x3)
4-foot tables (x3)
Wi-Fi access
One Facebook/Instagram post*
A listing on our website event calendar*
A space in our store for your flyer or promotional materials*
Profit Sharing: In addition to the flat rate, we charge 15% of the profits made at the event, ensuring mutual benefit from a successful event.
*All digital and printed promotional materials are to be provided by you, the booking party. We request you provide your materials
Scheduling
Class Timing: Classes will be scheduled after store hours, typically between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Setup can begin at 5:30 PM, and teardown must be completed by 9:30 PM.
Student Fees and Payment
Setting Fees and Booking Participants: Teachers are responsible for setting the fees for their classes, booking their own participants, and collecting fees from their practices.
Head Count: We require a head count and a total number of participants 48 hours before your class.
Payment: Payment is due immediately after the event concludes. Payment can be made via cash or card (subject to standard processing fees). We can accommodate a 24-hour grace period; however, failure to pay within that time will incur an additional 10% fee per day.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance to avoid any charges. This allows us to reallocate the space and make necessary arrangements.
To book an event, we require a credit card on file for the following securities:
Cleaning: Your rental hours must include the time needed for setup, teardown, and cleaning of the space to ensure it is left in the same condition as found. Should we need to cover these tasks with our employee time, a fee of $100 per hour will be charged.
Class Cancellations: It is the responsibility of our teachers to advertise their classes and bring in students. Classes with 3 or more sign-ups should not be canceled. We will communicate about sign-ups to determine if rescheduling is necessary.
Supplies: Teachers are responsible for providing all class supplies or ensuring students bring their own.
Our learning community is still growing as our customers discover our classes. Teachers are responsible for promoting their classes as our efforts alone may not fill your class. We will list your class information on our website and display it in our store. You are encouraged to bring flyers and distribute them in places your potential attendees might visit.
