With more than 30 years of combined investigative experience, Denise and Selma bring a fascinating combination of local history, storytelling and hands-on paranormal investigation to the tour.

Throughout the tour, Denise and Selma will share the history connected to the locations you visit, discuss different types of reported hauntings and explain how paranormal investigators attempt to document unexplained activity.
They’ll also be bringing professional ghost-hunting equipment—including a Mel-Meter, Ovilus III and other investigative tools—and demonstrating how that equipment is used in the field.
